    Since I’ve been keeping track I’ve lost 60lbs but I’ve been stuck between 175-180 since October so this new Year I’m going to try to lose those last 30lbs hopefully by April for my birthday that is a big motivation 😊

    fingers crossed for me .. need to loose well over 30 pounds..taking it slow..liked the twerking small thing advice.. going to replace my sweet chai latte or sweet cafe o lait with green tea..and just home made low cal soups for dinner..and start snacking on fruits..keeping my weight loss goals for 5/6 pounds a month.. yes i agree with u that water helps.. the days I haven’t had enough water I feel puffier than usual. u are such an inspiration to me.. last 4 years of my life I’ve just battled with hormonal issues, feeling bad about myself etc.. plus last year had second baby..over 30 pounds overweight now.. about 181 181pounds now.

    I’ve had issues with controlling my appetite for a while. I know each product may have different results and effects, however for me nothing has worked as good. I do not have the same appetite and do not snack at my desk all the time either. I’ve dropped over 16 pounds in two months and am very very happy with this *weight loss green store tea* product.
