    My computer research shows which nothing is better than this paleo program. Search Google “loso shocking plan”! In your research, you will find yourself delving into weight loss. Dropping 15 pounds was worthwhile. The book has a wide selection of forms of dishes. I`ve tried out a lot of the recipes and they`re tasty!

    I actually could not wait to try this paleo plan “loso shocking plan” for me personally once I had Googled it. I was so excited. My friend drop Fourteen lbs using this plan, and I highly recommend which you test it! The plan is stuffed with great recipes which help you sustain an active and healthy lifestyle.

    I’m trying to start a paleo diet. I e been told that peas aren’t paleo, just like corn and peanuts. I’m not really sure, I just started my paleo diet today

    Think about what you said. Lemon water is “alkalising”…. oh my god 😂. I can’t think of a more commonly known acid than lemon juice.

    I’ve been doing paleo 1 diet . I can’t eat ,pastas , beans, breads , sugar , potato, every sauce has to be homemade. and only 2 fruit a day. it’s hard but the other day I cheated and ate Whataburger . i hade diharrea haha . my mom did this diet w. work outs. 4months ago she was 180ibs. now she’s 130 ibs she’s my motivation

It is a smashing one off guide for discovering some amazing paleo recipes minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker finally got amazing success with it.

    Hi so I am so new to trying the paleo diet. When I say new I mean I just started reading about it yesterday. I tried being vegan for almost a year not because I was having health issues but because I wanted to eat healthy. It didn’t work because I couldn’t stay full and I just lost a lot of weight and I’m already small. So I’m excited to try the paleo diet as a healthy way of eating and I loved this video every thing looks delicious! How do I avoid losing weight lol ? Just want to eat healthier. I subscribed to your channel and can’t wait to try your recipes.

    The reason you can eat so many grapes and so many fruit leathers is because you aren’t eating enough carbs. Yes the body can run off of ketones, which it isn’t meant to long term, but it thrives off of carbs.

    WHen I clicked on your video I was so confused. A commercial popped up with a couple making meals and it looked like a what I eat in a day video. However the man was making oatmeal and the woman was making their children sandwiches and packing them keebler crackers. I was like ummmmmmm uhhhhhhhhh I thought this was paleo. Then I realized it was a commercial! 😉
