    Ok, I’m wondering if i can lose some 17-23 kgs in 2 months of doing this 2 times a day and eating no junk food, drinking lots of water and avoiding stuf he said on the end of the video? I just wanna know if there’s someone who lost that much weight in that long (short xD) period…Thanx to everybody who answers…

    small amount of almond nuts are fine in a diet… also white rice isnt too bad, i have brown rice most the time but i also include white rice in my diet, it was differnet micro nutrition, just dont have it all the time

    Going by the video you can see that most of the exercises have lower body involved infact very dominant focus. As we all know legs have the most muscle mass than any other part of the body, it does makes sense that training lower body will increase muscle mass. This inturn will result in more calorie burning.
    Gonna try this! Currently waist is 33cms lets see how many inches I can drop in a month. Even slight progress will be awesome. Will post after a month. Good luck to anyone else trying

    Hey Guys i will start this training tomorrow for 4 weeks straight to look in shape for the summer and i will reply my results daily on this reaction. In those 4 weeks i will eat healthy, only drink water and eat 3 pieces of fruit every day.

    wouldnt this just make you gain more muscle and then you will weight the same amount (or possibly more)? like you will have muscle but the weight wouldnt go down?
