    I made it through the entire video without stopping for once. I think the trick is to not worry perfecting the moves but to keep practicing and keep going. This bypasses time and you roll along. I also like that she includes beginner or advanced levels. If you get tired, switch it to the easier ones and take note how you can do it differently. I usually keep a notepad to record my strengths and weaknesses after the exercise.

    I only scanned the comments, haven’t read them all, but I am VERY proud to see that no one is talking about how this instructor should be naked or the commenter fapping to her or anything wildly inappropriate like that. THERE IS HOPE FOR HUMANITY AFTER ALL!! XD
