The 2 Week Diet

    I’m 16 and my weight is 58( height 5’4″) …and I want to me fit n fine ..but as a beginner these all are totally difficult…3 exercises are really difficult for me to continue even for 40 seconds

    This is so great for beginners. Thank you. I knew I would get benefit from workouts and exercises like push-ups, plank ect. but had no idea how to do them! This is so great for people with no idea who are just starting out with exercise.

    I did two sets and didn’t even do the workouts properly and my legs were spaghetti after… I should just hang myself i can’t do shit
