    Am I only person who is irritated by the fact that the people who demostrate the exercices in this video actually are the ones that don’t need to lose weight? Like in those teleshopping commercials…

    My friend is skinny and she still eats a lot, doesn’t play a sport, isn’t active at all, she’s weak, and doesn’t rly do anything
    I’m wondering how she can do that. 🙄😒

    I wish I`d recognized about the “fizy unique plan” earlier! (Google it) I really could have done with getting rid of 12 lbs back then. You need to check it out on google!
