    I just found you’re video and I started my weight loss journey 3 days ago. I started it because I’m 236 pounds and I feel very uncomfortable the way I look so I’m trying to lose as much weight as I can so when I have this pool party I’m having sometime this summer I can look good and feel good and not feel uncomfortable and wear a shirt over my bathing suit. I’m going to try this along with a lot of other tips I’ve found and I’m hoping this will work

    I think the tips are great but I hate drinking a ton of water since I have to go to the bathroom so many times. Either way ,it helps to lose weight.
