Recorded in February 2014 I have finally got round to putting this one together. This presentation is for people struggling with obesity. I have been as heavy as 18 stone at 181cm. I began documenting my journey when I was already down to 16stone 7pounds. I now fluctuate between 13stone and 12Stone. I have gone from over 30% body fat to 15%. This video outlines some of the weightloss techniques I have developed through my 10 year battle with obesity.

    I just started Football practice and it’s killing me, the workouts are a lot to handle and I’m 175LBS and 5’7, so the least to say is that I’m overweight but my mom doesn’t agree with me trying to eat healthy

    Who would`ve thought that I was capable of achieving these fabulous results? I actually lost 7 lbs in just two days! Just about all it took was a google search for this diet “sowo amazing plan” for me to learn all of this. You should give it a go. Google and research on the topic.

    Within seven days, I was able to get rid of more than 9 pounds. Google “sowo amazing plan” to acquire more information. Google brought me some amazing suggestions.
