    I’m a fairly skinny girl, i’m thirteen and don’t like how much weight i have gained. Can anyone tell me how long i need to do these to get progress and/or abs? thanks 🙂

    I’ve been doing this every day once for 2 weeks. I can see difference as my stomach is more toned and slimmer. Ive also been on a diet for those 2 weeks ^^ Ate 3 times daily. at 8am breakfast, at 1;30pm lunch and at 6pm dinner. Will be here for any updates later in the week ^^ If anyone’s here for them? 😀

    I like how you demo the next move before it starts, but I’d like to see a 45 second timer in the corner telling me how much longer I have to go on each move. Thanks!
