    Please tell me if this is healthy or not. So I’m at an average weight right now but I want to loose some extra fat because I’m not completely happy right now. Everyday I’m working out for a about 2 hours straight and I’m wondering if I’m working out for too long or if it’s an ok amount of time. Please tell me so I can get some feedback if I should cut down the time. Thanks! (also, I am currently on a diet to cut down my weight as well)

    Anna, I have been picking up pounds as I have turned 50. I have always exercised regularly but nothing seemed to be working to rid me of those extra 15. I don’t know what made me try Pop sugar workouts but I did. I have never liked doing the same workout every day so I decided to try pop sugar since there are many workouts. I am proud to say that you motivated me and with dietary changes and your workouts I have lost 14 lbs, (goal is 15 but I will settle for more!) Love that the workouts are for “REAL” people, not super fit, workout all day people. Thanks please continue to add new workouts cause I am HOOKED.

    My husband and I love this workout, and it is not too difficult for us to do. We used to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred until it is no longer available on Youtube. I am happy to find this one, it is great and the trainer is so sweet and funny.

    I’ve been doing pop sugar workouts almost every day for 6 months! Anna is so charismatic and wonderful I never get bored of her videos
