    This is my 2nd day doing this.. Last night I stopped at 11 mins to let my bf in the house then started again.. So now this is day 2 and I did it straight thru!! Drenched in sweat but it’s worth it!! Thank you so much!!!

    I’m pretty in shape just from walking around 4 miles a day, but this was a good work out! I did it yesterday and am feeling a good amount of sore today 🙂 definitely going to start fitting it into my workout routine!

    I would like to thank you about this motivated video even tho I don’t finish the whole cardio exercises I did just 7 min but I will try to finish it and repeat it till my body be ready to do advanced types of exercises.. love the way how you motivate the girls it’s just amazing ❤❤

    This is not for beginners XD because I try the harder and I can’t breathing and I try this one “for beginners” and I cant breathing i drink water and I can’t breath too wth don’t try that beginners I swear I can’t breathing omg I wish that I didn’t do this cardio
    I didn’t mean that I didn’t breath I mean that I just can breath a little bit but the harder one I can’t breath only just a little bit but I just stay one minute and then I can breath but for the beginners I just breath I little bit and I stay 5 minutes then I can breath I swear
