On today’s episode of XHIT, fitness trainer Kelsey Lee shows you how to get rid of those fat thighs in just over ten minutes! This workout will show you some of the best exercises for toning your quads and hamstrings and getting rid of some fat on your thighs! Please leave a comment and let us know what you thought!

A good friend of mine is a secretary. She is a sweet lady and her face always looks so fresh. However, she frequently complains about her fat thighs.

She feels that her thighs are too fat. She is too self-confidence to wear a tight dress or pants because her thighs are challenging to conceal.

She is not the only one complaining about her large thighs. It seems that alot of women who sit behind a desk all day have this problem. It’s a common problem for working women.

Below are some suggestions that can assist ladies with fat thighs, however the most vital thing to do is to move as frequently as possible. By doing so, you can burn the fat.

Say Goodbye To Fat Thighs

Here are some activities to slim and firm your thighs:

1. Walking – Once in a while you could walk to work or at lunchtime. This is an excellent activity to burn the fat in your legs. To be more effective, do it routinely a minimum of 4 times a week. You can begin with regular walk for 10 minutes and go quicker for another 10 minutes. Ask your friends to join you to make it more enjoyable.

2. Swimming – All swimming benefits the body. To target your thighs, swim on your back using only your legs. Your legs end up being active and it will burn the fat.

3. Skipping – skipping everyday or at least do it 3-4 times a week First of all skip slowly using skipping rope for about 10 times and then move faster with more jumps, for about 10 minutes. Try to jump as high as possible during skipping to increase the fat burning.

thinner thighs4. Cycling – Do your workout on a stationary bicycle while you are at the health club or in the house. If you do not have one, use a regular bike. The essential thing is to pedal it to burn your fat in the legs. Start gradually and gradually increase after about 5 minutes. Change your speed again during the exercise in accordance with your stamina.

 

 

5. Signing up with Aerobic Classes – You can sign up with a local aerobics class in the area. The specialized equipment and technical instruction will help  you slim and firm your thighs rather rapidly.

    Everytime I notice that ive gained weight and that my thighs are bigger and floppy again I go back to this video cause i know Ill get result. I do this a few times a week. Mostly 4 times and I usually go down 1 pants size. Sometimes 2.

    So I was at da doctor today and he said I was “chubby” and I was like TF you mean? And he said I should go on a diet because I’m hella chubby and “getting a gut and too much fat on the thighs” so here I am

    There are sooo many comments saying that this workout actually works!! So I’m gonna start doing this every alternate day for 2 weeks. Let’s see what happens! 🙂

    gonna update here for 1-2 weeks ^-^

    Day 1: keeping my balance with the squats was a bit hard and I was dead when I was doing fire hydrant kicks, but the leg circles were fun and the pain felt good! I had a tiny headache after the workout but after I drank water it went away 😀
    Day 2: omg my body is so sore T_T
    I’m also doing flat stomach exercises so maybe most of the pain is because of that. my lower back and my calves hurt so bad I literally couldn’t walk when I got up this morning. but this didn’t stop me from working out! I don’t see any difference yet but I won’t give up ^^

    Hey guys! I’m sure you’ll be scrolling down to see if there were any results.And trust me ,this really helps,u notice and in just a few days.I have tried other videos too,but this one gives results the fastest.I didn’t change my diet,but did try to avoid junk as much as possible and ate a fruit whenever i got hungry during the day time.Try to drink as much water as possible.Good luck! I’m gonna continue this workout now,and I dont do anything else other than this,but I’m thinking on starting running.

    Anyone know what is Clegenatur Methods about? I hear most people increase their buttocks size with Clegenatur Methods (do a search on google).
