    I’m 15 and my weight 4 months ago was 185 pounds I did my weight loss journey 2 months from now,I don’t know what my weight is right now but I thinks it’s working cuz my neck becomes thin,my shirts fit already and some of my short are quite big for me already that some of them almost goes down if I don’t use a belt.And the first day of my weight loss journey my waist was 42 inches and now it’s 35 inches which is I’m kinda proud of myself.What advice I want to give you is no one can change yourself except you,so do your best and you will succeed and also when trying to lose weight you can exercise for about 30 min. only everyday and control your eating habit,what I eat everyday for breakfast is,I eat 1 piece of boiled potato and 100 ml. of milk,for lunch,I eat 1 cup of rice with the viand that my mom cooks us such as vegetables/soup,and for dinner I only eat the viand that my mom cooks for us such as vegetables,soup or fish,I know it’s kinda wierd for you/stressful but hey It’s not,It’s worth it though as long as you continue it.

    OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So inspiring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m currently starting another attempt at weight loss, lol! I’m stuck at 200 lbs! I lost 47 lbs 2 years ago (the last 2 years, I was about 200, but still in a size 14, until sometime last year when I managed to fit into a 12. Now I’m a size 12, wearing Lg belts instead of XL belts, and I’m in a size 10 shoe). I’m grateful for what I lost and I’m grateful that I haven’t gained it back, and instead slimmed down into a 12 women’s……however, I need to get fit and healthy! I’m healthier than before, but not at a healthy size yet! People think I’ve down enough and some that didn’t know me before I gained weight nor at my biggest (the ones that just met me) think I’m fine just the way I am (some have the nerve to say I am fit! I look like I’m about 180 something). So not a lot of motivation, lol! But I had no help the first time either, so I know it’s possible! wish me luck guys! I’m working on cutting sugar and getting more active as step one.
