    So I have been in crossfit before, and they highly encourage to not work out the same muscles every day. Instead, work out one day, and rest them the next day. So what would be a good work out to do the day after I do this work out, that doesn’t work out these same muscles?

    Your video is the only one I can find with a natural person- no makeup, spray tan, hair done…and that is why I keep coming back. I love how you just chat away to yourself too.     Definitely sweating. Great workout. The constant talking was a bit much for me, but I know many people enjoy that as it can distract from focusing on the time.

    I really enjoyed this workout! So nice to have many levels of difficulty from which to choose. I only wish the background music had a little more “pep” to it. It would help to push myself if there was a faster beat. Thanks!
