    I’m so happy you are making videos! I love the information and care you put in the delivery. Just a small thing- I can’t really watch your videos when your camera focuses and unfocuses regularly. I get very dizzy. But I know the info is the important thing not the aesthetics, so I’ll cope and just listen to the video in the meantime before a camera upgrade 🙂

    Great practical information to set up a fitness routine. As a trainer for over 20 years we were taught in the 80’s & 90’s to train as a level 3 or 4 4-5 days a week. Many of us over trained and it was not healthy for our bodies, especially the adrenals. The mindset you are promoting for a fit lifestyle is practical – realistic -challenging, and healthy. Very impressive.

    From a friend of mine applied this diet plan “sowo amazing plan” (Google it) to eliminate 14 lbs, We found out a lot about it. My partner and i googled “sowo amazing plan” and so should you.
